Hello, I am Executive Chef Roman Kasse. Growing up in Prague, Czech Republic, I developed a taste for fine foods served in upscale restaurants by the time I graduated Kindergarten. My father was an Executive Chef/Owner in fine dining. I loved to learn from him about the taste of food, the presentation of food, and the ambiance in which it was served.
I graduated from Hotel Business Prague Culinary Institute in 1985. I love cooking and my career. Now after 20+ years in food service industry I'm Chef/owner of Kathy's Kafe and Catering in Phoenix, AZ.
